You have the opportunity to join this major player in the field of Communications who deliver a complete portfolio of voice, data and Internet solutions nationwide from Business Broadband to phone calls and instant messaging over IP Multimedia.
Due to internal promotion, we are now looking to appoint a successful internal sales professional for the Hemel office.
You will be expected to work as a key member of the Business Sales team, focusing on the retention and growth of the region’s customers through the provision of professional support and services that continually meet or exceed agreed levels. To ensure Account Managers are free to focus on strategic and high value opportunities, through the provision of support in all areas to the account Manager and Business Sales Manager. To provide secondary point of contact for accounts across the region with regard to routine order taking and escalations.
You must be able to demonstrate success in a similar role, experience of such a role within the Telecoms/IT sector(s) would be a major advantage.
Ideally, you will looking to progress in to the field within 18-24 months.
In return you will receive a base salary from £18-20,000 and OTE of another £10,000 + Generous benefits.
